You must have a letter of invitation (LOI) from the person or company to be visited certified by the State Foreign Citizens Registration Service of Turkmenistan. The invitation is valid only for 3 (three) months from the date it was confirmed. If you do not have LOI, VisaCenter.ca may arrange one for you at the price of USD200 per person per day of stay in Turkmenistan.
