1. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are received.
2. Consular and government officials may request additional documentation at their discretion.
3. Issuance of visa, actual processing timing, visa type, its validity term, number of entries and other details are determined exclusively by the embassy/consulate/foreign government body on case by case basis and Visa Center can not be held responsible for this act.
4. Orders cancelled before visa application is filed with the foreign government are subject to full refund minus admin fee of CAD85+tax. No refunds are possible after filing has been completed.
5. Orders submitted in violation of the requirements or containing misrepresentation will be cancelled immediately with full refund minus admin fee of CAD85+tax.
